Request data deletion

You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you. Below is what we collect, how to request deletion, and how long it takes. If you have questions, email privacy@watchlongevity.com.

What data we may have

How to request deletion

You have three options, in order of fastest:

  1. Click “unsubscribe” in any newsletter email to stop emails immediately. To also delete your record entirely, forward that email back to us with the word DELETE in the subject.
  2. Email privacy@watchlongevity.com with the subject “Delete my data” from the address you want deleted. We'll confirm and remove your records.
  3. If you reached us via a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad, you can also revoke our app's permissions in your Facebook settings → Apps and Websites. Meta will send us a deletion callback automatically; we'll log the request and process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

All identifiable records: your email, signed-up sources, IP/UA logs, campaign tags. We may keep aggregated and anonymized counts (e.g. “total subscribers from Meta in May”) for accounting purposes — those don't identify any individual.

How long it takes

We process all requests within 30 days. In practice, most are done same-day. If you submit via Meta's callback flow you'll receive a confirmation code which you can check at watchlongevity.com/data-deletion/status/<your-code>.

What we can't delete

Records we're legally required to retain (e.g. tax records of payments to/from us) stay until their retention window expires. Conversion data shared with Meta or Google before deletion is controlled by those platforms — please contact them directly.
